Members will perform their services in accordance with the laws of the city and state that they operate in.
Members will protect client interests by providing valuable consumer information they need in making wise real estate decisions.
Members will adhere to the National Association of Realtors current Code of Ethics.
Members will use their local, Real Estate Board approved Contracts.
Members will place the needs of their clients before their own self interests.
Members will not misrepresent their services at any time in any circumstance.
Members will not utilize ‘Bait and Switch’ business practices of advertising offers they have no intention of offering.
Members will not misrepresent facts about quality of services.
Members will strongly guarantee their work.
Members will be ethical and honest in all of their business and professional relationships.
I pledge to only provide BPOs that represent True Market Value.
I pledge to provide Short Sale counseling and advice. I will provide the Short Sale listing services personally or refer the Seller to another Agent.
I pledge to provide Real Estate clients with at least 3 Mortgage Lender referrals.
I pledge to be always council Real Estate Home Buying clients to buy homes within the FHA lending guidelines.
I pledge to be provide real estate clients with information how to modify their mortgages.
I pledge to provide Real Estate clients with at least 3 Home Inspector referrals.
I pledge to disclose all associated business relationships.
I pledge to contact all referrals from fellow ERES member Realtors within 15 minutes of receipt.
I pledge to contact all ERES Real Estate Client referrals within 15 minutes of receipt.
I pledge to only accept Real Estate referrals that are within my area of expertise.
I agree to the code of ethics
Members found by the Ethical Services™ Client Response Committee to have knowingly violated the Code of Ethics will risk expulsion from the association. Documented complaints that are not resolved in a professional manner will be posted on this site as an informational resource for Consumers.
